Whirling Dervish. Pakistan, 2016. An illustration transformed into something you could wear.
The fabric carries the work. The supplied close-up records its texture; the exact historical fibre composition remains unverified.
Shahjehan created the illustration. Teespirit Co. translated it through placement and screen printing, preserving space around the movement.
The red hats rise from the print. The original description identifies soft velvet decoration: a tactile detail that gives the hats presence.
Screen print. Stitching. Restrained branding. Teespirit Co.’s wearable interpretation is distinct from Shahjehan’s authorship of the illustration.
AR–001 is the first House archive record. A Canadian continuation is in development, with origin, credit and permissions kept in view.

A Note From The House
